Yes. Your is stored in Microsoft's Government Community Cloud (GCC). The GCC environment provides compliance with federal requirements for cloud services. GCC is a sovereign cloud that is a physically separated instance dedicated to U.S. government workloads only. It's built exclusively for government agencies and their solution providers.

We continuously engage with Microsoft to leverage their security capabilities to complement our overall security posture as we transition to the cloud. Microsoft’s tools and technologies help us analyze threats in real-time, identify and react to suspicious user and device activity on our network, and provide multiple levels of access security.  

Yes. Per CJIS policies, we require two factor authentication to log in to LEXI. Below are the authentication methods we allow:

Certificate-Based Authentication

Yes. Per CJIS policies, passwords automatically expire every 90 days.

If you forgot your password or want to reset it, you can do that through our portal and don't need administrator access.
